THE DJ
Dollface is a Drum & Bass and Techno DJ from Cornwall who has quickly established herself as an exciting talent within the South West underground music scene. As the Events Organiser for Twisted she combines her passion for music with a dedication to creating opportunities for artists and bringing unforgettable events to life.
Her journey into DJing began unexpectedly after attending a festival in Cornwall. Taking the opportunity to try a pair of decks that had been left behind after a performance she discovered a natural talent for mixing. Just three months later she played her debut set at The Factory Plymouth marking the beginning of what has become a rapidly growing career behind the decks.
Known for her enthusiasm creativity and commitment to the underground scene Dollface continues to develop her skills while supporting the wider music community through both her performances and her work with Twisted.
THE MUSIC
Dollface is best known for delivering energetic sets packed with Jump Up Drum & Bass Dark Techno and other bass-driven electronic music. While these remain at the heart of her sound her versatility has also seen her perform multi-genre sets at events across Cornwall and the South West.
Alongside DJing Dollface has become known for her passion for the rave community itself. She has spent time attending events with a film crew interviewing ravers about the music they love and what the underground scene means to them helping to capture the voices and spirit of the community.
She has also played at numerous free-party style events throughout the South West while helping to organise and support local promotions demonstrating her commitment to keeping underground dance music thriving.
Away from the decks Dollface is also a talented professional make-up artist and body painter often transforming festivalgoers and performers with vibrant artwork before stepping behind the decks herself. Her creativity passion and unique connection with the rave community continue to make her a standout figure within the South West underground scene.
