At Twisted we want you to be happy with your order
If you bought from us online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your item. You then have a further 14 days to return it to us.
To be eligible for a return items should be:
You do not have to use the original packaging but the item must be packed properly so it does not get damaged in transit.
Unless the item is faulty or we stated otherwise you are responsible for return postage costs. If we did not clearly tell you this before purchase we may have to refund the return postage too.
If your item arrives faulty damaged or not as described please contact us as soon as possible at twistedapparel@twistedofficial.com.
If a product is faulty or not as described you may be entitled to a repair replacement or refund under your legal rights. Consumers can have legal rights for up to 6 years in England Wales and Northern Ireland if goods are faulty though it is usually easier to enforce those rights within the first 6 months.
Once we receive your returned item or proof that you have posted it back we will process any refund due within 14 days.
If you cancelled within your legal cooling-off period we will refund:

We may reduce your refund if the item has been used more than necessary to inspect it.
